Hi there I just joined virgin media on October and paid Octobers bill and a bill on November I missed Decembers bill and was restricted it usually comes straight out my bank account,so couldn’t get through to anyone to discuss the issue I paid the £58.67 for December today through qick pay and now I’m back up and running, but on my app it still says I owe the bill and my January bill is due on the 9th will my bill still come out my bank automatically for February don’t know how this works if anyone can help, thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
With our billing system, the app will only update with each new bill to produce, however what you would need to do is manually updated the Direct Debit details again as if a payment failed this would be deactivated, you can go about fixing this yourself on your MYVM app.
