I would like some advice on how to proceed from somebody I am completely fed up with virgin media customer service it is appalling 

I have posted numerous times on here about accepting a online deal on my account

with no response this has been happening for 2 week 

I do not wish to talk to a agent no more as it is really reaching the point of being rather theatrical

i am after some genuine advice I will try to outline as quickly as possible the problem 

I have broadband only at a very good discounted price online there has been offers to re add tv I did see a offer as I mainly miss tnt sports 

but have had no response for deals I have accepted and had the contract emailed for about 10 days

so I opened a complaint I got a generic answer so today I have given up went on my account and fresh offers were on with being Black Friday 

So now have  accepted a fresh offer not gone through I was advised oh u can have that contract u been offered and been accepted for 140 pound I don't want to swear but wth

i have spoke to 8 advisors over the last 10 days been lied to and offered the same deal I have accepted for double the price again wth

i have opened a complaint and guess what within a day a generic response saying I was a valued customer blah blah 

I have today answered that answer with the new contract offer and asking for bill credit for the way I have been treated and for that contract to be processed it's a joke 

a offer is a offer why can nobody process the contract again wth

i am now at that point we're I am thinking why did I stay with virgin can I complain to off com can I refuse to pay my bill because that's how soure this is going I have been treated like a idiot and made to feel so disrespectful asking for something that's been  offerd to me 

any advice on how to proceed would be very welcome

I am sorry to see there seems to be an issue with the offer you are wanting ☹.

Please can you clarify the package you selected online you have an email to say you can get that package?

Or did you accept that deal and are now trying to get the black Friday deal?

I have placed the order had the confirmation it has been accepted etc I have been talking to agents via phone and chat who have all offered me the same deal that I have agreed to at a huge hike

been told to re do it numerous times that i have last time being yesterday it like I said has come theatrical
