Help with downgrading part of a package

Hi,

I have a broadband and phone package and would like to downgrade only the broadband part. I don't have access to What'sApp and haven't been able to get through using Live Chat.
I've read phone queues are long and that calling between 8-10am is best but due to chronic health issues I'm never able to get up this early, let alone make sense on the phone, which I find difficult anyway due to exhaustion and deafness in one ear.

Are there any other options, apart from Text Relay Service? Thanks in advance.
