My mother needs to adjust her contract but seems to have received an email confirming something other than her wishes. Would someone please get in touch with me so I can sort it for her? I have PoA for her.
We wouldn't be able to adjust that package from here unfortunately. I would be more than happy to see the package your mother is currently on and advise further on this, but you would need to call the customer care team in order for any changes to be made.
