Help finding my Virigin Media account and login details
Virign have been my broadband provider for nearly 6 years. I pay £52 per month but receive 14mb/s download speeds. Recently, I've noticed slower speeds and have had connectivity issues. Plus, for new customers Virgin are advertising 50mb/s for the same price!
I cannot log in to my account as I have no record of my username, landline number or account number. This means I cannot reach the customer support team. Would it be possible to have correspondence sent out to my address by post?
