Hi, i have been trying for 2 days to cancel my virgin media broadband via the WebChat & Phone services.
each time i get put through to a rep and answer the same questions over and over they finally say that they are transferring me to cancellations department only for all communication to cease. i have restarted the process over 10 times now only to be ignored.
this level of service is an utter shambles.
i need to cancel as i have signed upto an offer with my mobile provider that beats any deal VM can offer me
