Help cancelling my service

Hi, i have been trying for 2 days to cancel my virgin media broadband via the WebChat & Phone services.

each time i get put through to a rep and answer the same questions over and over they finally say that they are transferring me to cancellations department only for all communication to cease. i have restarted the process over 10 times now only to be ignored.

this level of service is an utter shambles.

i need to cancel as i have signed upto an offer with my mobile provider that beats any deal VM can offer me

Please help.

Try using the postal address on the following page.. Recorded "signed for" delivery would be recommended.
