Help!! can’t access new account

I moved house at the end of Sept We had issues swapping my virgin account from one house to another so we ended up getting a new box and a new account number. My bill is to that new account number, however I don’t have the username to be able to login in. 

Never received my welcome e mail to register. Tried umpteen times to call but no answer really do wish now now we had gone over to SKY 

 

. My old account says I’m not with virgin media anymore. Is there anyway I can swap my details over or be able to get access to this new account?

I hope such a simple fix like this wouldn't make you go to Sky - as you can appreciate the team at the moment are very busy.
