I assume that some of us may have the same problem, but it is quite frustrating.
So recently I have been offered a new contract with an offer of paying £24.75 pounds each month for 18 months, starting in Jan 2023. However, the contract stated that I am paying £33 a month which is not correct. I tried to speak to customer service however they can only change it once. This makes my direct debit have a different amount to be paid every month! What's more frustrating is that I just received a new bill for £33. Do I need to ring them every month?
