I haven't received my welcome email and account number for 3 days. I have called the customer team and the technical team as well as the sales team several times. The customer team told me they have updated my email address, and I was supposed to receive the email within 24 to 48 hours. Obviously it has passed 48 hours while I haven't received anything, not even in my spam folder.

I called and someone said Virgin Media has some technical error, therefore, my email was not able to deliver, and they will send by post which is expected to arrive in 2 weeks. Well, I now hope it will arrive.
