Hi there,
I haven't received my router although it was supposed to arrive within 5 days. I noticed the Virgin Media called me yesterday, but I cannot get through to them as I'm a new client and have no account number yet. The address they would deliver my parcel at is wrong and different than what I provided them with. How can I find my parcel?

I am so sorry to hear that this has happened with your delivery! Can I ask if you have been given a tracking number for this at all?
If so are you able to arrange a delivery to a correct address via the tracking site?

No, I haven't been given any tracking number I'm afraid. The only thing I have is an email with my order number.
How can I find my package? I need it asap as I can't work from home otherwise.
