Pending– Once an order has been successfully placed through a referral link or code, a pending reward will be received by both the referrer and their friend.
Confirmed– Once the 28 day cancellation period has expired, your reward will be confirmed ready to be paid out.

Yes the order was placed on the 25th august and the services started a few days later. The first 2 bills have been paid. And I received a confirmation email from virgin on 28/08/20 say congratulations your mate has signed up. I’ve checked online and it still says pending.
