Haven’t received my referral

So I referred a friend on 25th august and still not received my £50 it still says pending!

Hi Jakey12,

has it been over 28 days since your friends VM was installed?

Info taken from refer-a-friend-faqs  which is a full list of how refer a friend works.

Pending – Once an order has been successfully placed through a referral link or code, a pending reward will be received by both the referrer and their friend.

Confirmed – Once the 28 day cancellation period has expired, your reward will be confirmed ready to be paid out.

Rejected – Your reward will be rejected if the conditions have not been met. If you don’t think your reward should have been rejected, get in touch with Virgin Media’s referral partner Aklamio by calling them on 01576 820030 or sending an email to  virgin-media@aklamio.com

Yes the order was placed on the 25th august and the services started a few days later. The first 2 bills have been paid. And I received a confirmation email from virgin on 28/08/20 say congratulations your mate has signed up. I’ve checked online and it still says pending.

Did you check the refer a friend progress and which of the above options this is showing?

It should be confirmed after the referred customer has had an active connection for over 28 days after installation.
