Haven't received account number

Unfortunately i've been in touch with 5 separate people who have assured me that I should get my account number through the confirmation email. Still haven't received the confirmation email even after having confirmed it on 5 separate occasions. 

Since this seems to be an issue and I need an account number to access my online account is there anything that can be done? 

Don't get billed until next month as i'm a new customer, but I want to be able to sort it out ASAP!
