Haven't received a voucher

Hi, 

The deal I signed up to in July meant receiving a £75 voucher for Amazon 100 days after activating, which it now has been, any ideas on how to get my voucher?

I am sorry to hear that you are yet to of received your voucher.

 

Please could you check your junk/spam folder on your email address (this is how we sent the vouchers) the company that provide them are called Edenred the email will be from the address email@codes.edenred.co.uk

Thanks for the reply. I've checked and there's no sign of it. Although my email about the voucher initially said it would come from  no-reply@giftcloud.com rather than anything with edenred in it?

Hi bobbytreweek, thanks for the message. The Eden red vouchers would be delivered by us, I would reconnect contacting giftcloud as it would be delivered to you by them ^Chris
