Haven't received a confirmation email or return packaging

Last Monday, I called to arrange the cancellation of my broadband package on the 20th February, as I'm moving into a new flat that already has internet arranged. I was told I'd receive a confirmation email within 24 hours confirming the details of my Feb 20th cancellation and be sent a jiffy bag to return my router.
A week later and I've not received either of them. I can understand the jiffy bag not arriving yet, but can someone please confirm that my cancellation has been arranged for the 20th and get a confirmation email sent to me?
