Haven't received £90 Amazon voucher

I have now been a customer of virgin media for some time and have not yet received my £90 Amazon voucher gift which was part of the fibre deal I signed up for. Can you advise when I can expect to receive this?

When you joined us, was it through a 3rd party website? or did you sign up directly with us?

If it was a 3rd party website then the vouchers can take up to 100 days to be sent out.

When did you join us?

Was the voucher showing on your agreement?
