Have waited 100 days for a £75 voucher that has never arrived

I have made a post about this before and no useful help was given.
I joined Virgin through an offer that included a £75 amazon voucher. After speaking to numerous representatives both by phone, text message, and here, I got told that my voucher would come as an attachment to my billing this month (+100 days after joining). It has not. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've even made a formal complaint and been personally assured I would have it by now. Nothing.
