Have received pre-contract info but no confirmation of broadband

I signed up to Virgin Media on 23/06/23 and received pre-contract documents and confirmation of my order, as well as my requested installation date (08/07/23). However, I never received my £80 Amazon voucher or more importantly confirmation of my delivery date. I am now concerned that I will wait in all day on the 8th but there will be no installation and I will have to wait another number of weeks before I have internet.
