I signed up to Virgin Media in September and was due to receive a £75 voucher.
I have still not received this, and tried using the text bot to address it without any progress, and would like to know when it will arrive.

No I haven't.
I received an "update on your gift" email and used the link on that to order the Broadband, I've not had anything since.
If you went through the link and changed anything then it would remove the voucher which looks like is the case.
As we don't have the confirmation email including the voucher it would not be applicable.
I'm sorry but I am not happy with that and would like to complain.
I signed up with Virgin specifically because of this offer, and followed the steps required as detailed.
I did not change anything on the form, I used the link and went straight through with the process of signing up from there.
We can double check for you if you have the confirmation email after placing the order you can forward to us?
Also, if this is within 14 days of activation of the services you can make changes or cancel the order.

Which address should I forward it to please?
It is not within 14 days. This is three months ago now.
The terms and conditions said that I should receive my voucher within 120 days, so I have been waiting for that.
