Always been happy with the product from Virgin but I'm at the end of my tether with their appalling customer service. It's virtually impossible to get through and then it's to someone who doesn't have English as a first language. Just really difficult to get them to understand even basic issues. They also have made it impossible to contact cancellations or to email them. It's as though a gang of fraudsters are running them. The product is really good . so it baffles me why they've gone down this route. Their online reviews are shocking.
