Had to not renew contract

Little disgusted by lack of help to renegotiate a broadband and landline deal on the phone only offered one price and no alternatives. When offers continually given to entice new customers. Wasn't even contacted by virgin to notify contract coming to and end, just had to not renew, just really angry and had to share.
