AFTER THE LAST VISIT THE TECHNICIAL WAS REPLACED HUB BECAUSE IT WAS BREAKDOWN. THIS IS OWNED BY VIRGIN MEDIA SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD HAVED 25 ADDED TO MY NEXT BILL

Hey Formella,  thank you for reaching out and  a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.

We would only charge £25 if the T*C's wore broken and they are; 

Most technician visits are free of charge, in the below instances there would be a charge of £25:

•    The customer is not present for the technician visit (aka a missed appointment) .

•    The fault is due to customer's own equipment.

•    The fault is due to damage caused by someone at the customer's premises which we were not aware of.

•    The fault is due to theft, loss, or removal of equipment. 

Have you been told this charge has been added or were you advised it could of been?
