BUT CANNOT make contact by phone, or on via Chat. Been trying, off and on for 2 weeks. Anyone else having bother?
An WHY did Virgin close some call centres. If people are spaced out in them, then that multiplies the effect of having far less staff. If they can keep some centres open and space they staff out, then why not keep all open. Does not make sense to me. Does it make sense to anyone else?
