I have moved into a new property and placed an order with virgin 24-04-20. I received the below email but the tenant has cancelled their account with virgin and I have had NO further contact. I can’t call as it’s asking for an account number which I do not have so I am stuck in limbo not knowing what is going on with no tv or internet.
Please could a virgin tech contact me as I am extremely stressed about the situation!
