Great customer service

A big thank you to the customer services team and the forum team. I recently renewed my contract package. Following advice on here, I called shortly after 8am one morning. After a preliminary discussion I was promised a call back to confirm my renewal and was called back as agreed. My new package included migrating in my existing Virgin Mobile SIM. This has now been done and I'm happy with the new contract package. Best wishes.
