Got my email wrong and no area code

I'm new as of yesterday, not installed but trying to track the kit from youdel.

It's asking me for my login details but it's saying the password is wrong.

I try to reset password incase of agent error in spelling but then tells me my emails wrong, let alone not having the area code.

 

Can someone help ,not a good start.

  • All I get when googled this is how my area has an outage of 54% too
  • Didn't get my free gift of wine or 51quid credit either for signing up!!??

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some trouble tracking your order. Is it due to be delivered today? Have you registered for a My Virgin Media online account yet? You won't be able to do anything on the account until the services are installed and activated.
