Going round in circles trying to return a tivo box

I cancelled our tivo and someone dropped a jiffy bag on the drive to return the tivo. Rain turned the bag to mush.

I get texts from virgin asking me to return the kit and I respond but each time it says I'm too late to return it and they will be in touch.

And the cycle starts again.

Any advice please?

Thanks Ashleigh. I've filled out the form. Hopefully it will work although if they leave a jiffy bag outside again.....
