So I checked.  £99/month is not better than £82.50/month.  Well not for me!

I didn't check out, but have been sent these emails....

To be clear, I did NOT accept T&Cs nor click on Place Order.

And I guess I will lose TNT before contract ends if this is activated and has to be reversed...

Hi @arrgee1991

Going by your sceenshot, if you look at it again, the offer has yeet to be accepted by you. It is a final stage email which requires you to click the box next to 'I accept the Terms & Conditions' and to then click on Place Order which would finalise the new contract with your agreement.

If  you don't click on anything  then your package will not change and you won't be placed onto a new contract.

As to TNT Sports, it has been removed from all packages and is now only available as a standalone extra for £18 a month.  I suggest that you speak to retentions and negotiate a new deal that includes TNT Sports with a reduction in the price of that addon.

The same thing happened to me. I apparently signed up for a steaming package that I definitely didn't order and it has been a hellish eight week nightmare trying to get it cancelled and money refunded.

It's an absolute disgrace. The VM brand has lost any credibility whatsoever with me.

@newapollo - this email certainly implies I have accepted the offer

Renewing on line is a joke. I upgraded everything I possible could and it still costs £99/month.

IMG_0255.jpeg

Doesn't matter what I select, it is £99/month and the emails keep coming...
