I called to remove the extra V6 box from my account back on the 12th March 2020.
The "view contract" in My Virgin Media reflects this, stating that it was updated on this date, and the contract only shows one V6 box.
However when I view my bills, I have still been paying for this V6 box ever since. The package details on each bill still list "1 Additional TV Box" in the contract even though it has been removed from the contract details stated previously.
Tried getting through to customer services on the phones but I am only available at peak times and the waits are just ridiculously long right now, no fault of Virgin Media's.
Any help from staff on the forum team would be great.
