I have given noticed to VM on 14/01 with my 30 days expiring on the 13th Feb.
I was called from a mobile phone on 15/1.
This guy called from a mobile phone [removed], he said he's from the retention loyalty team and his name is Perry King.
Was this call genuine?
I was offered a 1£ reduction, which is not enough, considering that with the discount, bill would still go up by 67%.
I feel I'm happy to renegotiate if VM agrees to drop a further 3-4£, which is more in the ballpark.
However I'm reluctant to call a mobile number and oddly, I haven't received retention calls at all. Do they not bother trying to retain loyal customers?
I've been with VM for 12 years.

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and the confusion here.
I can see from checking the system, you've since spoke to the team and everything is sorted.
