Yesterday I had sky one HD, today it's gone. My account says I have the Fun bundle, including TV, old TIVO box, broadband and phone. I am paying £76.00 pounds a month for this. I cannot get anybody to answer on 150. I understand that the Full House Bundle is £78.00 per month. I am so angry that my channels have changed without warning and I am paying a lot of money for it.
If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
The Full House and Fun packages are legacy packages and have been since late last year. Legacy packages will continue for existing customers but you can no longer change to a legacy package. The current TV packages are now Mixit and Maxit and if you want Sky One HD you need to be on Maxit. Current channel guide is here:
I fairly sure Sky One HD was never part of the Fun package, like most of the HD channels, so you probably got it as part of the free crisis offer which was temporary. The web page here shows that Sky One (does not mention HD specifically) was getting withdrawn on the 9th from packages where it was not normally included:
