Frustration

What you hold on the phone for 45mins .. finally get through and the guy says “ I’ll just put you through to installations “..... then you get a pre record saying “sorry we can’t help you at this time, goodbye”!🤬🤬🤬

I know times are difficult at the moment Pandemic and all... but bloody hell Virgin please get your customer services in order pleeaase🙈

Hi, it was regarding a pre site survey... it looks like the cable access is on a part of my driveway that is being demolished & widened.
