Free wine not received

Following a house move, we rang to arrange reconnection and a lovely lady at Virgin said we qualified for a free case of wine which would be sent to us free of charge. This was on 26th March. We were eventually reconnected on 2nd April but have yet to receive the wine. Any idea when we can expect it? Stocks are running low in our house and we're deciding whether to hold out for this free wine to appear or order some?! A/N [MOD EDIT: REMOVED] Area:20.
