Free gift

Signed up for new bundle in may which included free watch or £150 discount and ive received neither (stipulated watch) has this happened to anyone else? How did you sort it?

We are very sorry to hear you have not received your gift with purchase/bill credit, we would certainly like to assist further with the issue you have faced. Are you able to confirm when your services where installed? If you had confirmation of this when signing up? What channel of the business did you you sign up through (sales line, online, in store...)?
