Please can you help me retrieve my code for free amazon prime.
This was offered when I got my new contract in November but the code was never sent through.
I spoke to the retention team and logged a complaint but they say they can't help me and my complaint will just be closed.
I have seen posts from others with same issue so help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you've not received your Prime code if this was offered.
I've filled in a exceptions form for this to be chased up, we would usually get a response within 72 hours.
