Hi, I have signed up to virgin and qualified for amazon prime membership. Was told that I'd get an email as soon as I activated my line. 48 hours later... No email and guess what... No Internet connection either! Told that I'll need to wait until Sat before I can get an engineer as they only do 5 hour slots between 8 and 1 or 1 and 6... Apparently you can only receive help if you don't work
