Any other ideas. I have received no email after 2 weeks. Awful customer service, on hold for 15 mins twice, once just got cut off, another time the lady had never heard of the promotion and suggested I call up amazon and pay for it!!
Hi. I have no code after 3 weeks, was not told I needed one actually. On phone for over 25 minutes, listening to awful "music", (well maybe some school kids like it). Website is useless for this kind of assistance. I don't know if these forums are read by any Virgin team members, but I am at a total loss.
Any luck? I’ve been a few weeks now too and still no response from virgin, no links to help on here, it doesn’t seem like Virgin read this. No help from ringing up either. I have written a formal complaint but I imagine it will be another couple of weeks before I get a letter back. I’m so angry I switched, sky sent me an email offer last week as an offer to rejoin on a better package for less!
