No mate, despite several calls to customer services.
Technically it wasn't a new install as we've been with Virgin and really happy for over 12months now.
However we signed up to a new 18month contract on the 21stbof Jan, that included your top 616mbps, TV and phone package that also included 12months free Amazon Prime.
As you will note its now over the 28days since the contract and still no email. Perhaps you can help?
Like I say we love Virgin media, however sadly when you ring Customer services the service is shockingly poor.
