Former customer requesting an Old Bill

Is it possible for me, as a former customer, to request an old copy of a bill? I was a customer for 3 years and I'm just wondering if it was possible for me to request and old bill from 4/5 years ago for proof of address?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Former customer requesting an Old Bill

I wouldn’t have thought a bill from years ago can be used as proof of current address.

It would be suspicious that you can’t produce a recent bill for something.

Re: Former customer requesting an Old Bill

Well I need a utility bill as a secondary proof of address and I had moved house around that time so it's more of an oversight on my end. I have the email bills but they don't have my address on them.

Re: Former customer requesting an Old Bill

Hello coltonmont

Thanks for your post

Bad news I'm afraid

Online bills for active customers go back to 14 months maximum

Anything after that is a £2 charge but these bills are only available for up to 24 months ago
