So I am currently trying to make a mobile account for my mum, so that she can access her bills etc,as she wants to upgrade. But she has forgotten her security answer, and I have tried everything I can think of. I have done what the page has told me to do, and called the number given. I followed the instructions given to me over the phone, but it's been about 3 hours and I still have no response! We need to get into her account! Please help!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues creating an online account for your mum. We can appreciate that this is frustrating as there's certain functions you'd like to be able to perform through the account.
When asked for a security answer have you tried entering the full password which your mum uses to clear security when calling us to discuss the account?
If so and this hasn't worked please let us know and we can explore other options with you.
