Nice and quick one hopefully. Had to set up a new memorable password a few years ago and today while trying to call Customer Services I realise that it was in fact not memorable. How do I go about getting this sorted? Can anyone on here help?

As the great @BenMcr has stated above, you should be able to get through to a representative regardless of forgetting your memorable word.
Once through they'll be able to ask you secondary questions that are related to your account.
