Have you registered for an online account before? If you have forgotten your username and password what happens when you click on the "forgotten username/password" option?
If you are having difficulties can we ask if you have tried to log in your online account from a different device or web browser? You may also want to clear and caches, cookies and history as this may sometimes cause an issues when trying to log in.
