Forgot password page keeps telling me "Please enter valid bill details"
I am trying desparately to get in to my online account, as I have no access to the email address that was used to set it up. I have tried forgotten password, but it keeps saying 'enter valid bill details' when the information is correct.
However, if this will only send a password reminder to the email address you have on file, it will also be of no use. Can someone please help me?
