My fixed term contract deal for broadband, phone and TV ends 27th April. I'm leaving virgin to go to Sky as the price is going up a lot per month. With the current pandemic situation I'm not able to get the new install of Sky so wanted to know if my contract with virgin would roll on to a 30 day rolling contract? I've not been able to get through to speak with any virgin advisors over the last few days.
Have you previously told VM that you want to leave and given them 30 days notice? If not your VM contract will become a 30 day rolling contract at the higher price. The contract will only end if you tell VM to end it.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.

We had spoken to them about leaving - looking for a better deal, but haven't given notice (tomorrow would be the day but can't get through to anyone). Obviously don't want to be without tv, phone and broadband but don't want to pay the higher price either.
