First year discount not applied

Hi,

I applied to upgrade my account on 27 March to include TV package. The offer was for £37 for the first year and £59 afterwards.

The offer was not mentioned on the contract and I have billed the full amount.

Please can this be rectified and can I be reimbursed for the overpayment?
