First bill incorrect

I have today received my first bill and it shows two months plus the setup fee as I expected , but as when I had virgin installed they were not going to install the second box , the installer told me they were reducing the cost until they could install it when all the lockdown ends. When will I get the reduced rate refunded to me, and how much is the reduced rate going to be as the installer wasn’t sure .
