I have just had a lengthy phone call to be told that even though my order says I selected the £200 bill credit and I have evidence, plus the fact of when I joined what the offer was I will not be getting it applied as it didn't make its way into the contract and was then told to just cancel!
Can anyone please resolve this issue as I do love the product, it would just seem common sense is lacking or the willing to help!
