Final bill refund

I left Virgin, services were disconnected on 22nd nov 2019 and have had email saying all items returned were received, Where is my refund cheque , Think its bad we have to get cheques seeing as payment are made via bank and we have to wait this long, If we kept virgin waiting this long for payment we would be threatened with legal action and disconnected , How much longs do i need to wait , i now can't get into account to check things
