Final bill overcharged

Hi. I recently moved home and wanted to continue with virgin. However they don't supply my new address so I had to end my contract early and pay a fee. A final bill was agreed over the phone by a virgin agent but I've now been charged more than the agreed figure. I've called them twice but they refuse to discuss it as I'm no longer a customer!!!! And it seems impossible to contact them any other way..... I've tried the link on their website, but that requires you to log in to your account, which I can't now do as they've closed it. I feel that I've been deceived and ripped off by virgin and can't find any way to get help!!! Any ideas anyone?Thanks 👍🏻
