Final bill not received

Hi I phoned to cancel on the 27th December 2019, my services were terminated on the 26th January 2020.  I have received a bill demanding payment for a whole month, however I only owe 10 days out of the month.  When will I receive a final bill for what i actually owe so I can get it paid?

P.S. I cancelled my direct debit on the same evening I cancelled because I thought I was fully paid up.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry you haven't been made aware of your final bill.

 

Your final bill bill usually be generated a couple of days after the disconnection, I advise speaking to our customer services who will be able to advise the final payment needed.

It's all sorted now, thank you.

I do have another issue however, I forgot to pack the remote control when returning my equipment.  Can you please advise on what to do?
