Hi I phoned to cancel on the 27th December 2019, my services were terminated on the 26th January 2020. I have received a bill demanding payment for a whole month, however I only owe 10 days out of the month. When will I receive a final bill for what i actually owe so I can get it paid?
P.S. I cancelled my direct debit on the same evening I cancelled because I thought I was fully paid up.
